All prices displayed on www.chamkeeli.co.in are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other applicable charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

CHAMKEELI makes every effort to ensure that all prices and product information displayed on the website are accurate.

In the event of an obvious pricing or product-information error, we reserve the right to contact you to confirm the order or cancel the order. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are requesting to purchase the products selected by you.

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact information provided by you.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • The product being unavailable.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information.

  • Duplicate or suspicious orders.

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by CHAMKEELI, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate payment method.

We accept the payment methods made available on our website at the time of checkout.

By making a payment, you confirm that the payment information provided by you is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, CHAMKEELI may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.

7. Shipping & Delivery

CHAMKEELI currently ships across India.

Free shipping is available on orders of ₹1,500 and above.

Orders below ₹1,500 will be subject to applicable shipping charges, which will be displayed during checkout.

We generally aim to dispatch orders within 1 business day of receiving the order.

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to public holidays, festive periods, remote locations, courier delays, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number and other delivery details are correct before placing your order.

CHAMKEELI shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contactchamkeeli@gmail.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order will be subject to our Exchange & Refund Policy.

9. Exchanges & Refunds

CHAMKEELI offers exchanges in accordance with our Exchange & Refund Policy.

Please review our Exchange & Refund Policy before placing an order, as it sets out the applicable timelines, eligibility requirements and procedures for exchanges, damaged or incorrect products and approved refunds.
